Well, Hot Dog!

P - I immediately thought of you when I saw the first line of this article: "Could the salt that preserves hot dogs also preserve your health?", and I had to keep reading.

I thought of you because you once told me that you thought that people were living longer because of all the salt in our food these days! I always thought that was funny, interesting, and possibly possible, and I have thought of you saying that since then. I have also brought up your comment in a couple different conversations. Certain things remind me of you saying that. With all the preservatives in our food these days, we are pickling ourselves!! And I laugh.

But this article totally hit your comment right on....and I wanted to share it with you.

It's as if someone overheard your comment and said well, while that was never the intentions of food preservatives, you might be on to something! Let's look into that.
